Here, Andy has her tonal sketch composing the masses. Above is the color version based on the drawing.Tiana composed an impressive foreground of cathedral like trees set against Walden pond with reflections of trees from the other side.
Point of Focus: Objects
Isabella composed this as part of the masses, but it falls perfectly in “Point of Focus” since it deals with something that will reside in the larger whole.Study of a table by Victoria.Andy’s study sheet of furniture, birds, vines etc.Isabella’s study sheet of furniture, cat etc.Watercolor version of above.Bianca’s furniture study sheet.
Final Version
Andy’s Final Version. The text would lay to the lower right. Beautiful concept of dreaming in the woods.Tiana’s version. She used the microns to add details to the objects. She used spattering in the foreground exceptionally well. Her composition is a little too close to the right border. The text will cut off some of the real interest.Isabella’s version. Washes are light and beautiful. This gives a positive note. The cat and the quill in the inkwell adds a human element and speaks of someone that is in the scene but not in our view.
